We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days. Exchanges ship out as soon as we process your return.

If something doesn't fit or feel right, we'll help you exchange it or send it back. Comfort is the whole point, and that includes the return process.
How returns work
- Email Us: Send a message to info@relaxlifestyle.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Get Your Instructions: We'll send you the return steps and any label details you need.
- Ship It Back: Pack your items securely, attach the label, and drop it off.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange.
Sale & collab items
Sale items and collaboration drops are final sale unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us right away and we'll make it right.
