This Privacy Policy describes how Re:LAX Lifestyle (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit relaxlifestyle.com, place an order, or otherwise interact with us. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you give us. When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and the contents of your order. If you create an account, we store your login details and order history. If you sign up for emails, contact us, apply for a wholesale account or leave a product review, we collect the information you submit in that form.
Payment information. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card and the billing address.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to process and ship your order, send order confirmations and shipping notifications, handle returns and exchanges, respond to your questions, prevent fraud, improve the site and our products, and, where you have opted in, send marketing emails about new releases and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional email about an order you have placed.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the store work:
- Payment processing. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay and Amazon Pay transactions are handled by our payment providers, who process your payment details under their own privacy policies.
- Shipping. Carriers receive the name and address needed to deliver your order.
- Email. Our email provider sends order notifications and, if you have opted in, marketing messages.
- Analytics. We use analytics services to understand how the site is used in aggregate.
- Legal. We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
COOKIES
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep your cart and session working, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, including checkout, may not function correctly without them.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order records are retained as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and opt out of marketing. Residents of California and certain other states have additional rights, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
CHILDREN
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.
SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including serving the entire site over an encrypted connection and limiting who can access order data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
CHANGES
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
